The small print

The glass works are made to be enjoyed and are done so with great care.
They are NOT guaranteed as being dishwasher safe and it is recommended that at all times they are hand washed in warm water or dusted gently. As with all glass works it is strongly recommended that they are NOT positioned in direct sun light. 

All works are gift wrapped as standard and packed to the highest standard.

Once an order is placed you will receive an automated e-mail response and a comfirmation e-mail from the gallery stating your rights and our returns policy.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on theNORTHCOASTGLASS website. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.

1.1 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. We are not VAT registered and have not added VAT to your item(s).
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. 
Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your order.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are routed through our secure payments provider. 
The purchaser is liable for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.

1.2 Delivery Information

All orders will be despatched from the UK using fast and cost effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order.  Please allow up to 21 days for delivery as Our items are hand made to order and occasionally there may be a delay before we can ship your order. If this is the case we will notify you. 
All works are gift wrapped as standard. We are happy to add a printed message to your shipment for free.  If you would like a gift message to be included with the shipment please make sure that that you use the appropriate box when ordering.

1.3 Our Guarantee

All works are hand made with great care and attention to detail without the use of moulds and slight variations in form and colour makes them a uniquely special item.  If the items are undamaged but you decide you no longer want them please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods and a full refund will be given.  The unwanted goods should be returned to us, at your cost, in the condition that they were received and in saleable condition within 30 days of the refund being issued.

In the unusual event of imperfect or damaged goods, we will replace without question and pay reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of the item.  Please provide proof of the cost of return carriage.  If you have any questions regarding returns please contact us here, call us on +44 (0)1862 893 189.
